Said Mr Rene de Monchy, Head of Marketing, Asia Pacific Breweries Singapore, the brewer of the title sponsors Tiger Beer, on the return of the 5-a-side tournament.

For the second successive year, Tiger Beer will jointly organize this event with regional sports broadcaster - ESPN STAR Sports with former Dutch international Edgar Davids as the tournament ambassador who will be making his appearance during some of the fringe activities lining up in conjunction of the tournament.

"We’re pleased to continue our partnership with Tiger Beer to build this exciting football event and take it to a new level in Singapore and across the region." said Mr Harvey Davis, ESPN STAR Sports Vice President, Event Management in the same release.
