With this 3-0 defeat to Lion City Sailors at Bishan Stadium, Geylang International had their wings clipped for the second time in a row after they lost 2-0 last week to Tanjong Pagar United

The Sailors, on the other hand, bounced back strongly after last week's away defeat to defending champions Albirex Niigata (Singapore).

A biography titled "Uncle Choo - Singapore's Greatest Football Coach"  was launched 

The highly anticipated memoir of Choo Seng Quee, affectionately known as "Uncle Choo", was officially launched on 24th March 2023 at the Singapore Recreation Club (SRC).

A friendly match between an SRC Selection and Ex-Internationals was played at the Padang followed up by a dinner that officially launched the book which is authored by Reynold Godwin Pereira.
