Nonetheless, it was a composed and confident show put by Admiralty towards the end of the game that saw the scrappy play forward that derailed any effort by SRC and led to the exit door, although Mahmod Hashim's expulsion in the

[25th Canon Lion City Cup] Schoolboy Final marred by controversial decision in Corinthians' night

The moment when the Corinthians clinched the Cup Schoolboy football final and that was what you got from those boys of SC Corinthians and PSV Eindhoven in the last match of the 25th Canon Lion City Cup. After all, these kids are barely or under 16 years of age and little would one expect the skills of Neymar or Van Persie to be paraded by them (in a few years time, maybe) at this instance. Much was expected from the Corinthians for having romped into the final on a clean sheet. One of the many heroics by the PSV custodian However, just before the Brazilians would be able to showcase some of fluency in the match, they found themselves down to 10 men early in the first half (due to a foul on the PSV 'keeper Mike van de Meulenhof that resulted the sending off of Gustavo Franca).
